Russian Trans-Exim to connect Sassnitz port with Russia.

Russian Trans-Exim runs the Ro-Ro cargo and passenger ferry M/V "St. Petersburg" between Ust-Luga and Russian exclave Baltijsk. Trans-Exim announces to call the German port Sassnitz from July 2012. The ferry is able to carry cargo as well as passengers on the ferry line Ust-Luga - Sassnitz - Baltijsk - Ust-Luga.
The motion is carried out through the ports of Ust-Luga (150 km from the city of St. Petersburg), Sassnitz (Germany) and Baltijsk (45 km from the city of Kaliningrad).
On the odd weeks, the ferry runs on the route of Ust-Luga - Sassnitz - Baltijsk - Ust-Luga, for even weeks on the route - Ust-Luga - Baltijsk - Sassnitz - Ust-Luga. For more information, please check the ferry schedules webiste. On the ferry, there are 3- and 2-berth cabins and Tourist Class cabins luxury. Simultaneously, the ferry can carry 114 passengers.
