Grimaldi Lines to enhance Brindisi - Greece ferry service.
The Grimaldi Group enhances the Brindisi-Igoumenitsa-Patras doubling the frequency of the service. With the introduction of a second ship from 2 July, the connection between the Brindisi and Greece will become a daily and, with the arrival of summer, will introduce two weekly calls to the island of Corfu. Alongside the ship "Sorrento", already used on the line since last April, will be his sister "Florencia". "With the decision to further strengthen links to Greece Grimaldi Group launches a signal in contrast with the current economic situation - said Emanuele Grimaldi, Managing Director of Grimaldi Group - our goal is to offer a regular service and quality at very reasonable prices for both passengers and carriers, while ensuring safe holidays to Italian families, with a reliable company."
On the other hand Grimaldi Lines canceled all routes calling Catania (Sicily), Cagliari (Sardegna), Valetta (Malta) and Valencia (Spain).
