Every week, DFDS ships transport large amounts of cars, trailers and containers on their freight ships from Ghent in Belgium to Gothenburg in Sweden and to Breivik to Norway. It has been possible to sail as a private passenger on the Ghent - Gothenburg and Ghent - Breivik (near Langesund) route for many years.
